    i feel you man, im so sorry , someone needs to be held responsible for breaching on consumers right to order and be served what was ordered or informed otherwise in the event of a stock out of the ordered item. its a serious breach of trust and utterly unethical to serve a customer a look alike substitute item to that ordered , its more so criminal liability
